Will it affect my job?
-
Can I be sacked for bringing a claim?
It is unlawful for Morrisons to dismiss you for the sole reason that you are making an equal pay claim (or treat you badly in any way).
-
Can I talk to someone before I make my mind up?
Yes. You can call Pay Justice on 0161 694 6464 and talk to one of our advisers today.
-
Will I get in any kind of trouble?
Please be assured that strong victimisation laws are in place to protect you from any action being taken against you for bringing an equal pay claim.
-
What does victimisation include?
Victimisation includes, for example, less favourable treatment than others, being given less overtime and being dismissed.
These are claims being made by large numbers of workers and there is safety in numbers.
-
At what stage will Morrisons know that I have brought a claim against them?
Morrisons will only be aware that you have brought a claim against them once you have instructed us to proceed with your claim and Roscoe Reid have submitted your claim to the Employment Tribunal.
